I arrived at KVALITO driven by a passion for healthcare and a thirst for new challenges. My diverse background, blending medical research proficiency, business insights, and healthcare exposure, has provided the foundation for a transformative journey over the past half-year. Motivated by a desire to bridge the gap between science and business, I saw an opportunity to leverage my expertise within an industry where innovation and impact converge. I felt a sense of calling to this industry, ready to learn from the best and apply my knowledge meaningfully.
My initial focus lay in applying my skills to the world of training and development. From collaborating with experienced trainers to develop comprehensive course outlines to exploring emerging trends in healthcare, my internship has been a constant learning process. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to expand my skill set, from refining my research and analytical abilities to mastering the art of effective communication.
My time at KVALITO has instilled in me a broader perspective, helping me see the interconnectedness of everything I do and the impact it creates. KVALITO offered a nurturing and inspiring environment. The collaborative spirit, emphasis on quality, and genuine care for people resonated deeply with my values. This culture fostered a sense of belonging and purpose, propelling me to strive for more. I have actively sought out challenges, volunteered for additional responsibilities, and embraced every opportunity to learn and contribute beyond my assigned tasks.
Moreover, I sincerely appreciated KVALITO’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that empowers individuals. I was particularly inspired to learn that KVALITO is a women-owned organization that actively champions diversity and inclusivity. Witnessing their support for women in business and their efforts to provide equal opportunities for all employees reinforced my belief in an environment that values everyone’s contributions equally.
