Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): Welcome to KVALITO! We are excited to have you on board. To start, could you tell us a little about yourself and your background?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): My name is Abubaker Osman, I am 22 years old, I enjoy playing sports, and I have been living in Switzerland for 13 years.
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): What motivated you to choose vocational education, specifically in the KV EFZ field?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): I have always had a strong interest in economic and administrative topics. The vocational training in the KV EFZ field offers me the opportunity to deepen this interest in a professional environment while also gaining practical experience.
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): As you are now in your third year of your apprenticeship, what have been some of the most valuable lessons you have learned so far?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): The most important lesson I’ve learned is to always give your best and strive to achieve the best results. If things don’t always go as planned, don’t give up and keep pushing forward.
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): What attracted you to KVALITO, and how do you see this apprenticeship shaping your future career?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): KVALITO AG has earned an excellent reputation due to its open and supportive company culture as well as its dedicated employees. This is very important to me, as I thrive best in a positive and nurturing work environment. I believe that this apprenticeship will not only provide me with professional knowledge but also contribute to my personal development.
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): What specific skills or experiences are you most excited to develop during your time with us?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): How I can stay organized even in stressful situations. How I can improve my work planning so that I can work for long periods without making mistakes or missing deadlines
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): How do you balance your studies with the hands-on experience you are getting at KVALITO?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): I place great importance on structured planning to successfully manage both my studies and the hands-on experience at KVALITO. I prioritize my tasks, create clear schedules, and ensure that I allocate sufficient time for both
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): Outside of work and education, what are some of your interests or hobbies?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): I enjoy playing sports or going out with my friends for drinks or meals.
Kelly Lartey (Interviewer): Finally, what are your long-term goals, and how do you think this apprenticeship will help you achieve them?
Abubakar Osman (Apprentice): My primary goal is to successfully complete this apprenticeship. Since the beginning of my first apprenticeship as an office assistant, I have been very interested in accounting and HR. This apprenticeship will give me the opportunity to further develop my skills and ultimately achieve my goal of working in HR or accounting.
