Magdalena Kurpierz has a background in economics and has studied in Germany and Hong Kong. Since 2007, she has built a career in the life sciences and healthcare industry.
Starting as a consultant, she has led strategic IT projects in over 100 countries for a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical corporation based in Basel, managing multimillion-dollar investments.
Early in her career, she identified an opportunity to improve the consulting industry by offering personalized service solutions tailored to highly regulated clients while also providing employees with remote work flexibility. She also emphasized the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.
Her global experience as a consultant was instrumental in bootstrapping KVALITO. Under her leadership, KVALITO has grown from its inception to over 100 employees in multiple countries, generating over 10 million CHF in revenue within the last 11 years.
